چکیده
Tamoxifen is the drug of choice as hormonal therapy for hormone receptor-positive breast cancers and can reduce risk cancer recurrence. However, oral tamoxifen has a low bioavailability due to liver intestinal metabolic passes. To overcome this problem utilize potential its maximum, inorganic nanoparticle carriers have been exploited tested increase bioavailability. Biocompatibility unique magnetic properties make iron oxide nanoparticles an excellent delivery system. In study, we developed “green synthesis” approach synthesize from green tea extract coated them with agar longer stability (AG-INPs). Later, these hybrid were conjugated (TMX). By using approach, synthesized stable agar-coated tamoxifen-conjugated (TMX-AG-INPs) characterized Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. The average particle size AG-INPs was 26.8 nm, while tamoxifen-loaded nanoparticles, TMX-AG-INPs, 32.1 measured by transmission scanning electron microscopy. entrapment efficiency TMX-AG-INPs obtained release profile 88%, loading capacity 43.5%. significantly (p < 0.001) efficient in killing cells when vitro on established cell line MCF-7 viability assay, indicating their control proliferation.

In this investigation, curcumin niosomal nanoparticles were prepared via a simple, efficient and eco-friendly route, thin film hydration (TFH), in the presence of different mixture of the surfactants (tween 60 and span 60). Cholesterol ratio to surfactant, as effective factor, was altered to obtain the optimal nanoparticles. The size, zeta potential, size distribution, entrapment efficiency of ...
متن کاملaptamer-conjugated magnetic nanoparticles as targeted magnetic resonance imaging contrast agent for breast cancer
early detection of breast cancer is the most effective way to improve the survival rate in women. magnetic resonance imaging (mri) offers high spatial resolution and good anatomic details, and its lower sensitivity can be improved by using targeted molecular imaging. in this study, as1411 aptamer was conjugated to fe3o4@au nanoparticles for specific targeting of 4t1 cells that overexpress nucle...

Introduction: Tamoxifen may have secondary adverse effects on the endometrium. The aim of this study was to investigate the endometrial evaluation in women with breast cancer under tamoxifen therapy with Saline infusion Sonohysterography (SIS). Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional study was performed on 40 breast cancer patients under adjutant tamoxifen (20 mg/day for at least 6 months) ...
متن کاملThe use of Gold nanorods conjugated with Herceptin in breast cancer treatment by photothermal therapy method in mouse model
Treatment methods for breast cancer are not specific and each one has its own drawbacks. For this reason, scientists are seeking ways in which specifically affect cancer cells. Photothermal therapy is a method that uses near-infrared (NIR) laser energy to create sufficient heat to destroy cancer cells. In this study, the photothermal effect of gold nanorods (GNRs) was investigated for breast ca...
